develop a previously acquired 20-room motel currently known as the “Fairway Inn”
in Lake Havasu Arizona in conjunction with the vacant adjoining lot
 
The intent is to construct a 4 story, 96 unit Timeshare Hotel/Resort with
individual units being held for sale as vacation rentals and/or investment properties
